General
If your company is supplied by us, your company will notify you and provide a company code for you to use to register an account on our website.
After you log on to the website, the days Lunch Orders are provided for your specific company is automatically shown as available days to order, while other days you cannot select.
Depending on your company location we have our team of trustworthy catering companies that cooperate with us to supply for each of our customers. The supplier’s name and contact details will be found on your order’s packaging.
Order
Different companies have different deadlines for ordering lunches, these are shown on our website once you log in.
You can place an order around two weeks in advance. However payment will be processed and deducted from your account as soon as you place the order.
Account
You will receive an email confirming that each of your orders have been placed and received by the LITESIDE Providers.
Your LITESIDE account can be topped up through credit card, bank transfer, Paypal, or Alipay.
Simply click on the ‘forgot your password’ link in the log in tab and you will be able to generate a new password.
Delivery
Every company has a different lunch order distribution operation. Depending on companies, service may vary in terms of pick-up or delivery. Please contact your company for more specific details.
Lunch Orders will be delivered before the predetermined lunch time that is determined by your company.
